My name is Minuette. I am a traditional media artist who paints enchanting and haunting scenes that often draw inspiration for my own Scottish and Louisiana Creole heritage.

I believe art is a way to escape the harsh realities of our day to day life and immerse ourselves in a world where anything is possible. Not being bound by the limitations of the real world we live in and gives us the courage to face each day as our best selves.

As an artist I try to project these feelings into my art, making magical worlds and telling stories with each piece that are meant to breathe life into your creativity and imagination, extending to you that little bit of peace I found in such a hectic world when creating it.
